I have a 2011 T700 cummins isx with autoshift and 900k miles. Earlier this year one of the rear motor mounts broke, completely failed.
Now, about 90k later the same mount failed again but this time it looks like the bolts failed. Two of them are sheared off.
This past spring the same thing happened on my 2013 t660 also with cummins isx.
Has anyone else experienced issues like this? Could there be something else going on? We don't hall heavy and it's an autoshift.
These are the new fangled mounts: two pieces with a huge rubber bushing in between.

Do you have a bar that holds the transmission with the two bolts on the top to the frame ? Mine is missing that ....I have a 2012 t600 with a Cummins engine, it fail 3 times the engine went like 15 inches down, the fan blade broke the radiator, hoses cables it was a mess , clutch find work at all and the shifter was also down ...I coudnt move the truck, the first time the engine leaned on the steering shaft luckily I was backing up . Nobody told me what is wrong they just replaced the motor mount, Does anybody had the same issue ?

The 2 bolt Trelleborg mounts were kind of an issue. You can swap them out to the 4 bolt mounts or drill out the mounts to accept 3/4 bolts and nuts. We have been drilling them out to the 3/4 bolts and never broke another one. In 2014 ish they switched over to the 4 bolt mounts.
sofocleto, spsauerland and Goodysnap Thank this. -
