Flagging a long load

FYI Tennessee wants flags at the top and bottom of the longest points. Kind of a unique requirement.

Red or fluorescent orange flags shall be fastened to the load (front and rear) at the top and bottom of each side which is widest. Flags shall extend from the load in such a manner as to be visible to traffic approaching from both the front and rear. If the widest part of the load is between the top and the bottom, flags shall be placed at this point both front and rear.

 

Yeah you know we thought it was leading up to something besides seriously wanting to know. Ever felt like you might got a reputation following you around??

Both of those at full of miss information. Only is the actual state website that usually ends in .gov. Why is out dated info form a third party when you can just as easily go straight to the source.

 

Some state websites are out of date too, Ohio is on a couple of things.
