No, Charleston is actually pretty easy to deal with. I'll get you a map of where to check in and where you'll most likely need to go to get unloaded. They are non-union there so a little more relaxed than the PNW facilities. It's only a mile or so from the Charleston terminal.

I bought a Bawidaman for my EDC. Reason being was the strength of the blade. I saw a video where a guy hammered one into a tree and then stood on the handle. Used to carry a truck stop flea market special, until I dropped it and the blade broke in half.
