Please don’t mention that gun again. You know I already own three of them, I’ll be checking the sale ads. I still can’t believe it’s identical in size to my XDS subcompact yet holds 4 more rounds.

There are still some places around that area that you could pick up a small piece of land however they don't seem to be advertised much. I think a guy needs to find the coffee shop where the old men hang out, have a cup of coffee with them, ask around a little and I'll bet they'll have someone in their network that can hook you up.

I couldn't agree more about the HOA's, covenants and suburbanites little "communities", they suck!

Good deal. Thats how I like to do business anyway.

Wife and I are gonna talk about it, and look at some different areas. Probably rent in the short term to figure out where we want to be exactly. Wont be until towards the summef anyways since I have a stepdaughter in school.

You know, this may sound ancient, but back in those days, when you were trying to woo a girl, you wrote to her. Not that stupid text speech stuff, but real letters. Even if you went to school with her. Believe it or not, I actually did this a lot. It had to be a nice letter because you KNEW, the girl was going to show everyone she knew, in particular her mother. If you wanted any chance, you had to win over mom to have a chance with dad. Scary stuff, going into a Man’s house to talk with him about his baby girl. S C A R Y! But if you liked her and she liked you, this is what boys did.
Yes, boys were still stupid like they are today, but you had to be respectful and clean cut and brave enough to talk face to face with a guy that acted as if he wanted to kill you and bury your arse in the back yard.

Some times, you meet some girl that lived away from you. You’d write letters and get her phone number through letters. You would schedule a time to call her. Some parents were really strict. Long distance calls were really expensive so, we had to work and save money just to be able to call her.

Now, all you have to do is know her first name and last name, and find her on facebook. Or know of a friend of hers. Her dad isn’t a Man and her mom doesn’t care who comes over, and you can walk right into the house and screw this girl in her own bed. You don’t have to write, you don’t have to win her parents over, you don’t have to respect anyone, you don’t have to ever have a job. And so obviously, you do not have to treat this girl well.

And the crazy thing about all of this is that feminists will say that this is better for women. I don’t see how. It says to me that NO ONE cares about this girl. All tatted up and pregnant before she gets out of high school. That’s actually shameful.
