Stormy, thanks for the reply. Doesn’t sound too bad on the deductible. Got a family at home, so 3-4 week tours doesn’t sound appealing to me...or my wife. I work for a pretty good company now pulling end dumps. Average about $1200-$1300 gross and home every weekend, but may need to try something different if the economy slows down. And there are weeks I can pull down 3k miles in 5.5 days, but I’m paid %.
I noticed in one of your other posts you asked about short haul. Is that what your running for them now? Can you make a decent check doing this? Are their trucks 13 spd?
Thanks again

Do they offer any home weekly positions? I keep seeing them advertising regional and short haul jobs but I'm sure that's just for people who live in granite City, right?

How’s orientation going so far?
motocross25 Thanks this. -

I’m talking with Dynamic now and seeing if I could get home every other weekend living in Kansas Ciry, MO.

I would consider them, but it’s reefer work. The horror stories of waiting 6-24 hours to get unloaded leave me gun shy.
Where I work at now, 95+% of the time I don’t wait more than an hour or so.
What is the wait time like with their customer base? -

Like Stormy, I live in Columbus, OH. Been with FedEx Linehaul and make really good money but sick of teaming, sick of doubles, and never really liked the driver facing cameras.
I was sold the world by a recruiter I will not name. Attended orientation yesterday and all four of us walked out on them. They not only lied to us, but had an attitude like we had done something wrong.
Tired of job hopping. Searched "CDL Jobs" in Google and one of Dynamic's ads showed up. Peterbilt trucks are my favorite, health insurance is very affordable, pay is decent, and it seems to be an ideal fit for me.
A couple questions...
Do trucks have a frig or microwave? Are you able to get home weekly?
If there's anything you don't like about the company, let us know. -
