Stopped at the T/A in Limon, CO tonight to get some food and quick nap. Hit the road just after 2300hrs rolling westbound on I-70. 30 minutes down the road in Deer Trail I cracked the throttle open to hear my 619RWHP Cummins ISX-15 come to life and holy blown cold side charge air cooler piping rubber boots Batman. Both cold side boots split open at 52psi boost.

Don't know why I did this but I took my spare parts box out of the storage under the bunk while atat ho and forgot to put it back where it belongs. ####+t Michael. Called the T/A in Commerce City because I was exactly at the halfway point to flip a b+tch and the service lady says they don't sell the boots. I said "that's funny because the T/A in Limon sells them." I was trying to avoid backtracking but I had to do it. I'm coming down the hill now into Limon to pick up a pair of cold side boots. Good times.

 

I run 62 or 63 a lot and I am no low rider in the seat. But it because I can, and when I see fit. Not because I have to. But I can hold 62 on the big road with any weight and any hill. Them turd buckets will drag down under 50 sometimes. And that slow pass. Looks like a handicap fellow asking out a super model. Slooooow passssss.

 

Kinda he used that same xray, and had my last mri on the other screen. Added some dye, Then pumped in a steroid, anti inflamitory in to the spinal cavity. Between spinal cord and nerve. Think he hit the right spot. About 20 seconds my arm felt like I had a hold of major electric. He asked did that feel like the same one. I was just like, yea, yea doc you got it. Before hand he asked, when did you eat last? I was like 3 hours. Oh, I cant give you the IV to numb it. I was like, you never told me that! F it do it anyhow. It was not bad I told him if that was as bad as it gets forget that IV we won't need it next time either. They wanna do three rounds. But he was ok with doing one and seeing how I feel since I have been getting better.

You know it is very little time in my day to move over and let you boys passed. I might be not be lighter than you, sometimes, but I have ability to do so. So I do alot of work in the same area. Getting fuel one day. Guy 50ish walks up and says "You know the other day" Not hi how are you, or Im Fred". The other day I was following you swerving and slowing and stopping". I asked well were you? On 18. I said so you the F-tard in the grey ford escape tail gating me. Blank stare. Im getting excited at this point. I said you realize you stupid MF there was a garbage truck in front of me and I was giving him his space and looking to pass if safe? I said you do know what a garbage truck is right? Get the F out of here. Seen I dont forget cars, especially doing my local stuff.


You know its like this. When Im in a eating establishment. If I get up and walk past waitress, bus boy. I get out of there way. They always thank me because most people don't. We were talking about that yesterday, it’s a 120 gallon tank split in half. I would have gotten a 120 split 90/30, that one was replaced after the wreck but it was a whole debacle and the ended up getting it made local and it was to late by the time I found out.

 

I agree, the other day I was reading one and the guy was wanting to turn in his old company for HOS violations. Someone asked him if he turns himself in every time he speeds, I thought that was a good question.
