I've been looking at them... I've watched a lot of Steve's videos on YouTube... How was your overall experience with buying a truck from them? Would you recommend them?
I would venture to say the trucks in Steve's videos are going for more than $150k though right?

Mine is 275WB with 48 inch flattop, platinum interior, wood grain dash,x15 565/2050 with 18 speed on low air leaf suspension, split pass fuel tank with 45gal hydraulic,Legendary brown metallic paint with fudge brown frame. I think I've posted a pic of it here before but anyway this is it. I only use the truck to pull my landoll so it's spends a lot of time sitting in my shop with me looking at it lol.Attached Files:

Also if u like getting passed on hills u can keep your x-15 and i like there detroits ive heard good things about em the 12.7 detriot is great and a rebuild is just changing cylinder liners 90% of ths time also let me explain about a truck i rode in with my father it was a 06 pete it had a 550 cat and a 18 we hauled milk that sucker got 7.0 mpg at 90k pounds and 65 to 70 mpg but most people dont know how to drive a cat or any truck for that matter but if u put a real driver in a truck like my father 20+ years of experience and he also teaches how to drive trucks now hes driving x-15s and getting 6.6 at the best and dieing on hills new trucks have no power and hes hauling less weight so no i would pay the extra because i want a truck that lasts also the company he works for sells the trucks almost every 4 years so that tells u something.
Well let me rephrase that new trucks cant pull they have power but cant put it down because of the trans
Cats like low rpm not high rpm they pull good and run a million miles heck hes working for a 3rd company that has a cat with 1.4 mil on here and hes hauling 85k not sure the mpg he jsut started this second job (he teaches and works for 2 other companys on weekends when the 1 doesnt have loads he goes to the other.
Im sorry i was wrong its Thompson CAT ill post some picks for the proces these are top of the line rigs.
Check mate please these are more expensive than your truck BUT will your truck go 1.4 million miles without a rebuild or def sensor problems. Ill post pics later and if all u care about is how much the truck is i may have found the perfect truck for you its a 2000 volvo 400 volvo engine and a 9 speed only 20k.Last edited by a moderator: Feb 17, 2019
