Well...,. I’ll have to do some reading after bit, been out looking at artifacts today

 

I hate thieves as much as the next guy but that is one reason I could never afford a H-D. Couldn't afford a new diesel pickup and fancy trailer to tow my motorcycle around so I could stop on the edge of town and ride in with full pirate gear like a real bada$$.

 

Sounds as if someone is preying on the elderly. Tell them about what’s available to prevent stuff like this from happening.

 

To be fair, I do keep a couple empty bottles handy for emergency situations. But it gets tossed in a trash can asap.

Buy a run down half ton and a utility trailer landscaper special. A few grand and you can take that bike anywhere.

If we’re really crunching pennies just get a long bed pickup and an aluminum ramp (there’s a fella on here that can probably point ya in the right direction with the ramps. Just don’t allow him to load it for ya).

Or, when in Rome, do as the Romans. Ride that HD cross country.

 

aluminum wheels are also finished on a lathe and therefore the bead-surfaces and pressure side are truly round and the inside and outside should be cleanly finished.

Last long ride I did, the wife didnt wanna ride. Said fine, I packed her car full of stuff that I normally dont take and told her "see you there". Vrooommm.
