    Incorrect. Tennessee states: all movements must be flagged in accordance to the rules and regulations adopted by this department. Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Georgia don’t say anything about flags on the actual permit.

    If it’s only over length you do t even need a permit in Georgia if you’re under 100’ overall.
