    Well I certainly agree with the above comments. But I wonder if he will lose his job over this. I can see where some of these trucking companies would have a stroke due to the liability issues involved here.

    Again, I think he did the right thing.

    Since it's a public story of the driver being a hero the company probably won't terminate him. Now if it wasn't public you might have to wonder if there is damage to the truck/trailer.:biggrin_25511:

    The outcome was good so chances are he still has a job:yes2557:

    It's a shame a driver has to consider rather or not saving a persons' life could cost them their job. It seems one is rewarded more for looking the other way than being a Good Samaritan these days.
