    Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado

    Winter weather alerts till Thursday evening. Up to 18 inches on the valley floor by the time the storm is done. There's already 10 inches on the ground.

    70 was closed in glenwood canyon due to rock slides, that was Tuesday, now its just chains over the humps.

    Yes but it’s also treacherous travel from Eagle on over to Glenwood Springs and beyond.

    About 10:00 local time the weather should cross over the continental divide and begin affecting the eastern side of the slopes and foothills and the front range, in that order.

    What sucks is I’m sitting all day Wednesday in Loveland waiting on a Walmart appointment this evening. Then down to Denver to do a drop/hook and head to Georgia with a Friday evening appointment.

    Might be doable if travel across 70 to Kansas is not too bad overnight but I’m not optimistic about that
