    @catalinaflyer That sucks! Btw per your recommendation my knives are healthier. Told the wife to keep her meat beaters off them and I better never see them in dishwasher. Thank You.

    She might have a issue with you. But the knives are great!

    It's a give and take on those knives, if they say anything about stain free/shine/dishwasher safe they will not hold an edge as well. The ones that you get that hold a really sharp edge, they will stain and discolor but a little elbow grease and they'll be great.

    If the machine weighs over 10,000 it requires 4 chains regardless. Plus anything that moves independently needs secured.
