I just know SPD takes certain freight on certain rates. The loads are completely different in weight.
They should’ve booked two trucks for this but now the shipper doesn’t want to find another truck to take the freight that I had yesterday. He’s playing hardball and it’s stupid.
We booked the heavier load. Just give me that crap and send me on my marry way... it’ll be easier for you to find a truck for a 5k load to Cali than a 20k? -
I had a doctor's appointment on the 4th. After much struggling and will power I finally got my A1C under 7. When I found out I had blood sugar my # was over 15!! I was having the shakes and generally feeling run down and like crud.

Havent heard beer as a rootcause yet. -
Oh and I was up to 336 pounds!!! With the change in diet I'm back down to 275..
