Right place at the right time?

 

On the 20 AL/GA border … running my APU for AC ...

 

Jurupa terminal. Have to pick up in Redlands ca at 1300 and goes to tolleson az for a 0130 live unload tomorrow morning.
Will be out of hours while they unload me. But pilot is just down the street. Hope I can find parking.
They have a new tv in the drivers lounge. Bigger and great picture. Wish they turn the sound up.

Albuquerque for a reset. Never knew I could get anti-gel at a terminal. I like this terminal. Nice and quiet.

 

Managed to never go to Jurupa.

They have good shop there.

 

You haven't missed much. Very limited parking, weird enforcer lock policy, they take your empty. Mexican food stand outside is awesome, though.

 

I hear something similar from my wife every time I whine about conditions.

 

I'm sitting at the Albuquerque terminal as well. I deliver in Prewitt tomorrow afternoon then pick up a load home from them Sunday morning.

 

It's Saturday morning, still @ the Albuquerque terminal. Ran into one of my students (from my brief stint @ the academy) last night, he's the 3rd one and 2nd here @ ABQ.

 

Didn't get a load till around 2 pm
My 10 was up at 1230. Sent me 356 miles empty to San Diego to pick up a high value load that delivered in Ontario this evening.
Got to final around 2315.
Next load picks up here I'm jurupa terminal going to bell ca for a live unload Monday morning at 0630.
Gonna do all my loaded call and fuel tomorrow so all I have to do is get up and drive.
Have home time set for this week. So think I do it tues and weds.
I have to turn cpap machine back to where I got it. I had changed insurance when I got hired and will have to get machine from current insurance.
I offered to pay the balance but she said it's better if I get another one. Would be cheaper.
