If you have all that you don't need to lease to anyone. You only lease to a company cause you don't have all that stuff. Why are you wanting to lease your truck on to a company?

I am most grateful that you have taken the time to share your personal experience in such detail.
I understand exactly where you are coming from regarding some the mega-carriers out there: they hold all the cards in terms of systems and accounting and they will arrange the deck however it sues them.
I am currently at a crossroad where I have done may due diligence and found a small company out of Chicago whose authority I am working under. They pretty much cover all back office matters including permits, insurance, load dispatching, etc. I am 65% happy with them as I feel it would be great to work with a company that has better accounting systems and gives me a better say in what loads to choose and run.
I believe this is possible and your shared experience is encouraging. If you are able to further recommend a particular company out or the sea of competitors out there I would appreciate you even more. Thanks!

That's a good question I'm wondering the same thing? Sounds like he pulls his own trailer and they charge him a discounted cargo insurance

All of the information, or at least most of it, is on their website.
