Cat 6TSXXXXX??

just wondering if you know any of the specs of you stage 5 turbo, what is the exducer bore on the exhaust if you have ever checked it?

I don't know the specs on the stage 5. I have heard that the stage 3 is a new borg-warner unit and for the stage 5 they do a little work on a lathe and fit a bigger wheel on the cool side.

 

Thanks mate, was just wondering what the garret equivalent was, they are a bit easier to get out here.

 

The compressor wheel is 81mm, i forgot the turbine wheel size but the exhaust housing is a 1.60A/R.

Sultran yes i have the same 45lb gauge, i bought a acert KW gauge that took a crap on me so i put the stocker back in, and yes i find it funny when its reading almost 0 at full power hehe.

 

Thats interesting.......a 6TS will do the EXACT same thing, I know cuz mine just got a new crate 550 because the same thing happened to me.
