Dicky’s BBQ uses trays like that, I knew it wasn’t though after looking at the biscuit/roll.

@shogun did you ever eat at a BB’s BBQ in Bay St Louis, Mississippi? Was actually in Waveland originally. They had good food, sadly the owner lost his business trying to keep his dope addiction son out of jail. Finally shut it down.
