Got me a new trailer. Little smaller in terms of space, but has the full 10 foot spread and is a lot more professionally done than the other custom tridem.

I just don't like a dry rub on my ribs, or much anything else. Even steak is just some worchesteshire, butter, a little garlic. Chicken the same. Most of those dry rubs are too salty and have too much spice.

I've eaten some bbq at Memphis in May, no sauce, just the meat and bread. The group cooking it was called the Red Eye Smokers. I was too young for the beer they offered, didn't smoke the pot they offered, but I didn't want to be rude and turn down free bbq. Probably the best bbq sandwich I've ever had. If I have sauce, I want it a little sweet .

Word of advice, carry a spare 45 elbow. That one will blow out some day and you’ll be in a pickle.

    Looks like a nice trailer.

I’ll go there for lunch pretty often if I’m home during the week. It’s pretty close n has a good lunch menu. Breakfast sandwiches are not good there tho.
