It comes up as a 4W-7137, but when I checked price and availability it says that part has been replaced, and to contact dealer. I don't know if there are more than one size, or if they have just upgraded the material that it is made out of. It might be best to call the dealer and see what they tell you.704mover Thanks this.

@pushbroom , @spsauerland , @AModelCat , do any of you guys have better access to provide the new part #?
spsauerland, pushbroom and 704mover Thank this. -
Will do. Thank you Sir. Lastly, when I take the valve apart to replace diaphragm, will the engine oil run out? I assumed I need to drain oil pan first?
Oxbow Thanks this. -
When I change oil I drain both the oil pan and the retarder, and that is when I changed out the diaphragm. I am not sure about whether or not it will drain the oil pan, but I think probably so when you pull that valve spool out.704mover Thanks this.

I drove an hour and 15 minutes to Blanchard Caterpillar in Greenville SC this morning. They had the 158-0507 in stock. That diaphragm was too tall. They ordered both the 9G-0041 and the 9Y-4811 from Atlanta Cat. Tomorrow morning we shall see which it is. I had to take the exhaust loose at the turbo and pry up on the exhaust pipe in order to slide out the shaft from the brakesaver to get the diaphragm off. Fun! But you guys nailed it, the diaphragm was torn. Thanks
