^^ Agreed. Same here.

This thread was over a year and a half old when you posted a reply. I wonder what happened with their court date that she stated would be in November of 2007?

Check all her posts.
It is in several threads. The last was like June of last year.
I will try and post the link to the thread, but I am not sure if that is allowed.

I wonder, did her husband have a copy of the C&CF? Even if you refuse the test, isn't there a block in there for you to sign indicating so. Even if he did not sign it, he should at least have gotten a copy for his records.
Like others, I wonder how this came out. -
wowwww its crap like this that pisses people off, you lost everything because of somebodys bad adittuid and judgment, and it says "call for verbal"well hell how can they do that if the record shows indiferant and the person that actuly took the test may no longer work there?????i hope your lawyer has a field day with them and you get everything you lost and thensome back for sombodys neglagents

Lawyer, You know a trucking company can have a better legal team than a driver can afford, not to mention the fact that drivers embelish the facts quite a bit!

I do not think he gets a copy(green sheet) if he fails to complete the test, I never failed to complete a test but have had to complete one the following day due to a fire alarm/building evac.. We completely had to start over and still had to sign off on the in-complete paperwork, was told that it is a controlled item and they needed to send it back with an explanation of why it was started and not completed

I would prefer a bolt action .308 at 500 meters...

I recently got a copy of my DAC. It's unblemished for ten years except for two accidents. Both were ruled non preventable by my company, DOT and the insurance company. The first one an old man ran a stop light and I hit him, the second one I was sitting at a stop light and some guy in a 4 wheeler hit a patch of ice and slid into me. Both of these happened within two weeks of one another. I can't find anything on the report about these accidents, other than the dates and the police report numbers. It says that it lists all accidents, regardless of fault. Ok, should I be worried about these being listed on there with no explanation whatsoever?
