Sleeping pills.

I run nights so before I head off I always like to get a good 4-6 hours of sleep. I’ll look into them. Right now a shot or two of zzzquil usually does me wonders, wake up grab a shower and hit the road.

 

Nyquil purple is a favorite, it is essentially alcohol.

 

yeah, sometimes i get insomnia, and i tried several brands of pills. they just do not work for me...but Nyquil, oh man.....zzzzzzzzzzzz

 

Melatonin is great and all, but anything over 0.3mg is overdose and they sell 10mg pills all the time. The more you use it, the weaker your natural production becomes. Use it sparingly.

I occasionally use that for when I am doing badly. Fill this building with a just enough turbo to blow the blue dreams constantly out of the stack that does a good job of generating Z. One of these days Ima fixing to get a powerful rumbling sound in here., Wake up the entire neighborhood.
