Need to replace the bushings in the torque rods. Any tips? I assume I need to take the rod completely out to press the new ones in? Thanks for the help

Picture looks like lower sway bars. Might plan on needing new bolts and bushings where sway bar attaches to center hangars if they are in same shape as ends.
