I'm never good at guessing, but looks like some type of heat exchanger?

Ugh...that ain't good. There was a doorslammer that dropped his trailer tandems out on that bridge about a year ago and the traffic was backed up to Beaumont. The lady on the news said to take 146 to 255 to get to Houston. I wouldn't do that. That's the superload route into Houston and Galveston. With all traffic going that way, it will a Fuster Cluck and traffic will still be backed up for miles and miles.

I would pick up US 90 in Beaumont and run it to the 610 loop around Houston instead.

That's what your broom handle rig is for. That way, you don't have to climb up to place the straps and the protectors.

Well, as is always anticipated with FSP and FDOT, just got the call, they are moving me at 2:00 pm tomorrow afternoon. The one construction project manager that was giving us fits is going to have his section cleared for me at 4:00 pm. So sad to have to leave the lovely J and The Denny's (not).

Ready to get the falk out of this mad house, thought I was safe way back in the corner looking at the exit but nooo, jackwad car hauler decided at 5:00 this morning to try and back in on my left side but thankfully the brand new Nissan on the back of his trailer used my grill to tear the little wing off. No damage to my truck but had he not hit me and woke me up it would have been a whole hell of a lot worse when his trailer got tangled up with the load 3/4 in that parking spot. Said he "didn't see" that I was oversize and blocking that spot. SMFH
