The only "rule", at least federally is this:

§392.60 Unauthorized persons not to be transported.
(a) Unless specifically authorized in writing to do so by the motor carrier under whose authority the commercial motor vehicle is being operated, no driver shall transport any person or permit any person to be transported on any commercial motor vehicle other than a bus. When such authorization is issued, it shall state the name of the person to be transported, the points where the transportation is to begin and end, and the date upon which such authority expires. No written authorization, however, shall be necessary for the transportation of:

(1) Employees or other persons assigned to a commercial motor vehicle by a motor carrier;

(2) Any person transported when aid is being rendered in case of an accident or other emergency;

(3) An attendant delegated to care for livestock.

(b) This section shall not apply to the operation of commercial motor vehicles controlled and operated by any farmer and used in the transportation of agricultural commodities or products thereof from his/her farm or in the transportation of supplies to his/her farm.


Now you know as long as the truck is moving the person who holds the authority has to authorize it.
While parked, there are no rules between consenting adults (well, there may actually be unenforced laws on the books in some bible belt states...). Then there is company policy if you lease or are a company driver. Both will need permission for "passengers"

Your best bet is simply get a hotel...

Someday you may regret it. Some of those diseases are awful. Any girl who jumps in bed with a guy the first time they meet is a prime candidate for about any kind of STD

Reading these replies are hilarious. In all seriousness though, good luck. I don’t see it being easy to chat a local woman up and inviting her to your truck. Truckers in general aren’t exactly looked up to and known for cleanliness. I would book a room that has truck parking. It’s worth the money anyway just so you both can get a shower, some extra space, a little tv background noise, and you don’t have to idle.

 

Wassup man who cares about breaking rules you gotta get some ###. When i was OTR i used tinder and POF dating apps. If your actually running hard enough your gonna be too tired to setup datenight with a chick on your 10.

What i would do was get straight to the point. Let them kno i was only here for tonite and for her to come "hang out" with me. Never worked. What did happen was while on the websites i had about 2 chicks waiting for me to get back home for hometime.

When i went local i was working nights and weekends and had some chick i was talking to come out to meet me in the truck which she happily did. It was a daycab with drivecam in it. Covered it up and went to work.

In conclusion, i never got laid OTR but even when i attempted it i could give a fuq about rules. when i went local and eventually got weekends off i was getting more ### than a toilet seat strictly using tinder.

If your gonna pay for it like all these OTR warriors do then you'll probably get it all the time nothing wrong with that
