After talking more in depth with the recruiters last time, it seems as though they're only hiring for teams. Not my cup of tea, so this never happened for me.

I also worked at the Charlotte terminal some years.. I was at the bottom of the "list" while there and had to do everything from work the dock in 14F to switch the yard; as a road driver....

Tip: Avoid break rooms, switching and hooking, and the dock like the plague. Especially if what I've been hearing from people still working there is true.. Even when I was there you had to fight people(sometimes physically) to even be able to do your job...
