Beef enchiladas, was short on cheese and had to use cheddar. But I had plenty of cheddar.

 

like get dressed to go get more coffee and or beer! Thats a good weekend there brother!

 

Hmm. I don't do much cookin' but I was under the impression that cheddar was a cheese.
