Out of curiosity. Why would you leave Kroger? I worked for Ralphs (a Kroger owned company) for ten years. And if I had it to do all over again, I'd still be there.

Everyday you will back, pti, and drive a route (city, highway, rural) and wait wait wait Alot. Day one you show them what you know. Day two they show you what the want. And you do all 3 skills again. Their way. Wednesday same deal. If you need help with the manual. YOU WILL GET IT. Day four Thursday, is the day that folks who haven't passed get one final chance. And they do the big WELCOME TO WALMART deal on Thursday and now you're a official employee But your hire date is the Monday. Lmk if you need anymore info

 

Well I dont know how it was at your DC but the Kroger DC Im at is a warzone, everybody stabbin eachother in the back for sport, doesnt make sense to me, not to mention management eggs the crap on, just not interested in that kind of work envirement
