The Capstone Hate Thread

Those s.o.b.s yes back when i did reefer I had to wait for them to count that. Capstone and that other one I forget the name of, are one of the reasons I went back to doing Dry Van

 

An old thread I know, but I'm having a Capstone moment. Been here 3.5 hours and empty for the past 3. They are only dealing with 3 pallets of product...not a trailer full. What a freaking joke this company is.

 

Same here. I have a dry load delivering to a PFG cold dock at the moment. The price is ridiculous and they must be taking these Taco Bell cups to the other end of the warehouse lol.

PFG did take me 3 hours early and they have a large parking area for breaks so I can deal with this.

 

The absolute worst one I've ever been to is associated grocers in red stick, la. I was the 4th truck to bump the dock at 22:00 (receiving doesn't take trucks before then) and 11.5 hours and no sleep later I get my bills... with no lumper receipt. The "supervisor" for capstone had already left for the day and had to email a copy of the receipt to me so I wouldn't get charged $300+. And to top it all off AG doesn't allow parking so I dragged my butt to the nearest truck stop to get some sleep.

They are the mega of the lumping world. I see a capstone, I'm like great 4hr minimum wait time.
