Anybody else going bankrupt due to Amazon?

Well, I wonder if those guys or gals pulling Amazon trailers are going bankrupt.

 

I did some for like $5 mile.

 

I'm beginning to see a pattern emerging. Pull an Amazon trailer, and not a NEMF or Conway 2.0 (XPO) trailer.

 

Landstar is bad yo. I've read it a 1,000,000 times on here.

As to the op. No, Amazon is not putting anyone out of business. The business owner is putting himself out of business by pulling cheap loads.

Good link, thanks for posting. Very telling about what's coming down the pike for 3PL's & big carriers alike.

 

I can see it now, Amazon truckstops popping up everywhere. Amazon fuel refineries along with distribution and sales of said fuel, etc etc.

 

Maybe 3 or 4 years ago before they bought trailers and talked poor saps into pulling cheap ####. Worked out great for them. Fed ex should be worried about them buying their own planes.
