Picked up at w almart dc in Eastlake yesterday morning and delivered it to Wal-Mart dc in red bluff ca last night.
Only had 3 minutes on my 11 so line 5 it to t/a in corning ca for my 10.
Did a Mac 30 and grabbed this load that picks up tomorrow at 10am in willows going to Las Vegas nv for delivery between 6am and 1100 on Tuesday.
Thought yesterday was the 23 rd. Oh well.
Called shipper this morning to see if it was ready since it was a preloaded trailer. He said they were waiting for an mt trailer to come in..
The fuel route has me going over the 80 to the loves in Fernley nv then south on i95.
Nope... going south to hwy 58 to i15. 681 miles that way.
Other load on Mac 30 was goi.g to billings and not going there till spring lol

Asus tech support is the best.

I had shut down my computer, and when I turned it back on I had no keyboard lights and no keyboard function.
    The mouse still worked.
I had to use the virtual keyboard to type in the Asus website.
When I called there was no wait, and the solution was simple.
Turn it off and unplug the AC power.
Press and hold the power button for one minute.
Connect the AC and power on.

It seems some static electricity had built up and was interfering with the keyboard. Holding down the power button cleared it up.

I have used Asus tech support before, and they always seem to have the answer very quickly.

    I have an Asus
Have an Asus ROG I bought in June 2011, thing is still purring and it’s kind of unbelievable. Longest lasting laptop I’ve ever owned, will prob replace this year for something a tad smaller and SSD for all my editing.

Mine is a ROG as well. As was my last one.
I replace my laptop every year, and pass the last down to someone in my family. My middle daughter got the last one.

It is the second Asus I have owned.
When I went to buy this one the sales guy tried to get me on a Dell machine with slightly better specs. But I have been very impressed by Asus.

I do wish for better Linux support though. I ditched Windows once it switched to W10 garbage.
Microsoft is getting WAY too intrusive and demanding.

Yeah most likely you got optimus laptop..
IE Hybrid intell nvidia vidia card.
Ubuntu and Manjaro is the best for optimus laptops. Prime select is better then bumblebee

Both are hackey solutions because nivida doesn't want to put out their proprietary way they use their drivers in linux kerbal since it's open source...

Been running arch both laptop and desktop for awhile AUR rocks lol

But I do use a pci Passthrough on my desktop run windows in vm to run some games

    Boring how?
I like it, so maybe I just like boring.

It does what I want, which is a simple Windows alternative.
