Strange? More like dumb. Can’t you get law enforcement involved? Radios are usually $100+ dollars. Not exactly a petty theft to keep it illegally. At least that customer got in touch with him to send the radio. I’ve never had a response, but if that’s what he does, I’m better off that way.
