    That because they will just take her cash and let her go. You might complain to someone and get them in trouble. I know some cops that went to prison for that very thing (extortion)

    They let her go. Didn’t even blink at her lack of insurance or not having a drivers license.

    I, on the other hand, got spanked as if I had ran a stop sign, plowed through the police headquarters, and smashed into a family mini-van on there way to the soccer game.
