New High Security License

Handing your license to customer is the best opportunity for you to lose your license on the road. More & more customers are asking to see or even hold your license while on property. Make a system that will prevent yourself from leaving without your CDL.

 

I take my CDL out, I’m holding my wallet in my hand until it goes in the wallet. No ifs ands or buts

 

if one wears a "chain wallet", let that wallet dangle from your chain, that way, you know the license isn't in it?

 

I understand your point, now we both want the same outcome so lets do what is right for the country and be American for the future Americans.

Its not and wont be perfect, but jumping in with every other wrong doer isnt going to have a good outcome either.

but even to this very day, even an "ordinary driver's license", we get paper first....

 

One of my drivers passed his test at the Plymouth dmv in July of 18.... i just sent the copy of the hard card 3 weeks ago....

No ####.

 

When I first started out, with Werner, many years ago I had a paper copy. Never had a problem. Last year got pulled over in California with a paper copy. Leo wasn't sure what to say so I offered to pull out my passport but he said dont worry about it.
I have even flown with a paper copy.
The only time I had a problem tho with a paper copy was when I tried to by a jack and coke on the flight. The flight attendant laughed and said 'I'm not accepting that fake ID! I was pissed! Lol.
