    Hello All ,

I'm trying to figure out if a 2001, 4900E mid roof sleeper (TOP pic)
Will fit on my 2000, 5964 with flat top? (BOTTOM pic)
Would it be the same bolt pattern? and would they marry up with no issues.
[IMG] 20190206_121846.jpg Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Constellation Cab is the same cab. Seal the h e l l out of it. You can not get back under the overhang to put more sealant in there once it’s bolted up. Clean everything off like crazy so the sealant has a good place to stick to!!!

Use 3m 5200 marine sealant. It will never come off or leak.

My beautiful helper "SISU" 20190409_180003.jpg and myself have been busy getting it all together.
While out working I happened to be parked next to a 4900 series western star in El paso.TX like the one that i posted a pic of and the driver was gracious enough to let me look around to figure out if it would work,
Good News its the same sleeper opening and bolt pattern seemed spot on ,, so its a go.
Had to pick the new sleeper up from Ucon.ID Got a load as far up as Fort Collins.CO and dead headed the rest of the way,
Have had it back home for almost two and half weeks now, Rain Rain Rain , Also had to do allot of repairs on the truck and a whole lot easier with the sleeper off. All new fuel lines, new air dryer and exhaust , capped off the AC lines going to the sleeper Heat and AC because im installing a low profile roof mounted Dometic penguin II AC and use a little space heater for the colder times also gives me more space under bunk for more important things to me like a water tank for my kitchen sink and outside faucet for washing up and outside shower.
So I pressure tested the AC system with nitrogen NO leaks pulled a vacuum and recharged, all gud there.
Also the climate control was not switching modes from floor to face vents it was only blowing in the defrost mode.
once i found the actuator i pulled out the main duct changed that out and it all works fine. Anyone needing any help on that issue feel free to contact me, ill walk you threw the process of getting it out.
Here are some pics of the project.
We will have the sleeper on the truck this week coming and will post some more pics soon thanks to all for your input.
