@CharlieK @1951 ford I went to a auction today at the old high school they are tearing down. Bought a few things, but one of the things I bought just because it was going cheap was this old Lincoln.

Gave $150 for it. Did I do ok?

 

The Gasser's did that back in the day to get more weight transfer off the line and help with traction and lower e.t.'s.

But on the new stuff it just looks stupid.

 

I get it for a Baja racer or a gasser. Just don’t know why you’d do it to a $70,000 highway queen. Course I’m a redneck and if I get a jacked up truck, ima going to the mud hole
