That is a Federal Schedule One via DEA which handles all drugs since about 1934 give or take. As such it's automatically a DQ if a medical doctor should use that level of drug. Ketamine is one example. Takes you right out of your body so to speak. Never mind that truck. HA. In order hypothetically; the US Congress has to deregulate Pot as a schedule one and direct the DEA to remove it from Schedule one. The problem continues, my state for example considers it a medicine under our recent passage in last elections, the first of them will be sold in the late Summer to medical patients who are too sick to drive a 18 wheeler or other public safety Jobs. Unfortunately these same patients are also having their weapons confiscated and permanently destroyed regardless of any right under our laws. (Which was a little something they buried in the legalese given to voters...) Im pretty sure this subject will come up a time or two again in the future. I frankly don't like the stuff. It's not for me. But I refuse to get into anyone who thinks they benefit as long they do not take it while they are in a 18 wheeler. You should see some of the drugs in my medicine cabinet some months. Sometimes I go a period of time without any of them to get clear so I can think properly. A vacation of sorts. One day I will have to stop all that and get with it if it is possible to fix a few remaining issues this year or next.
