Just looking for some extra input on a few issues. 2014 Pete 386 VIN# 199593
1) no start issue happens quite often now. Turn the key to only a single click. I might have to try 5 or more times before it finally turns over. The batteries are fairly new and still holding a charge. The connections are tight and non corroded.
I think it could be between the starter or the ignition switch. I am leaning more toward the ignition switch. Any thoughts?
2) About 2 months ago I went to change my hvac from vent to defrost and it wouldn't change. I of course checked the fuse and it was blown. Changed it and tried to change to defrost again and again blown. Another fuse put in and this time I tried to go from hot to cold and you guessed it blown fuse. The blower works fine. I can go from off to full blast no problem. I changed the blend door actuator and I did not blow a fuse for 2 whole days then I went to switch it up again and blew the fuse. I now have it set on defrost and warm which is fine for now until it warms up. I was possibly thinking bad hvac console.
Any input/ideas would be greatly appreciated and I thank you all in advance.
