I second everything the other drivers said. If you can make it through your first year, the money creeps up fast. On the road, you see your best money staying out 3 weeks to a month at a time

Try FFE (Frozen Food Express) which has a school near Chicago. They also have a terminal in Atlanta, so that would be ideal for you. I'd contact a recruiter and ask if they'll take you.
FFE does a hair follicle drug test, so no weed for a few months.
