So your company is paid under the table by CHR. I doubt that.

 

I haven't used them in quite a while.
C.H Robinson employee's are computer controlled. They are programmed by computer scripts when you talk to them.

We used to get pretty good rates when we first started with the carrier we are working with, but the rates have dropped off the charts lately. I'm not sure if the carrier is messing with the rate con sheets before they send them to us, or CHR is really giving us these loads where in the past couple months we don't even break even sometimes. I refused ONE load and the carrier came unglued, and now they are blaming the driver for their crappy unmaintained trailers that fall apart, and charging us for things that they shouldn't be. We are looking for another carrier who uses other brokers.
