When I was working at Ship Ex Inc, 1650 Wallace Rd., Salt Lake City, Utah in 2015 & 2016 the salary Eldon was offering $ 60,000.00 a year or $ 1250.00 a week which after taxes was roughly $ 1000.00 to $ 1020.00 a week take home. It was a pretty sweet deal for me at the time. There wasn't any issues with understanding the dispatchers as they were all American born and yes the owner is from overseas but there again he speaks perfect english. They deliver medical supplies from Fresenius in Ogden, Utah to Fresenius Health Care Distribution Centers scattered all over the US. Fresenius is one of North America;s largest health care providers. They deliver mainly sodium bio carbonate and kidney dialysis machines for kidney dialysis patients all over the US. The downside is I fall asleep at 63 mph on the pedal and 65 mph on cruise but you pump the pedal 2 or 3 times while pushing the cruise switch and most of the old 2016 Freightliners will jump up to 68 mph but only for 1 hour a day, Lol....
Since the old Safety director left ShipEx, Gary Heck I think the organization has gone downhill. I can't say anything negative about the new safety director that came from CR England except one of his eyes doesn't move so he might be talking to you but you wont ever know it cause he isn't looking at you Lol.... He's a riot on steroids.... Actually he's a frock up that thinks he's a big shot now, Lol...
Oh ask about the driver that let his 10 year old son drive his truck in 2015, this driver posted the video of his son driving the 80,000 GVW truck down the highway on his FaceBook page and it made the 6 o'clock news... Ask Dave Arko, director of Truck Maintenance for ShipEx. about that ??? Yeah Gary Heck #### canned that driver the following day!
Everything Jason is telling you is true!! You break down on the side of the road for 2-3 days, your getting paid, you take a couple of days off cause you've been out for 3 weeks, your getting paid, your sitting on the couch in your underwear counting your money, your getting paid. ShipEx runs brand new equipment so they aren't going to breakdown but in case they do your still going to get paid cause it's SALARY.

Perfect example I-80 Nebraska was shut down for 2 days a couple of weeks ago. Got paid 330 to wait it out, and all loads were rescheduled. I am currently on a 34 yeah I worked hard however in the end I am getting paid to do my laundry and clean my truck on the inside. Every company has its pro’s. I just came here to get the steady paycheck for working just as hard on milage. It’s been a whole lot less stressful on my wife and myself because we don’t have to float bills and pay late fees anymore. I know what I bring home every Friday and I know what gets paid out of what check and what’s left over at the end.
