Stop if you can handle yourself in a "Texas Two Step". Call cops if you can't. Remember, it is not your job (or theirs for that matter) to educate other people on the road.
Bud A., lovesthedrive and Blackshack46 Thank this. -
We dont knoww the full story here. We see the truck merging to the right. Did this driver cut some one off and say that the 4 wheeler was acting poorly? He claims he didnt do anything, but did they. It is human to say some one else is to blame for what we do.
Personally I prefer to hang back a bit and let other drivers feel they need to pass me. More fun for me to witness the road rage in front. As opposed to this Bozo feeling the need to prove something.tinytim, Bud A. and MrBoDarville Thank this. -
I have driven in about 10 countries on 3 continents. In the US I would just back away and report the idiot.
In some of the other countries I would have run them off the road if they did not give way.
I would let them see my intention so they could back off but if they wanted it they would get a good solid thump out the way.longbedGTs, jimbobillybob, Bud A. and 2 others Thank this. -
Fortunately, I've never had a psycho stay at it as long as the psycho from this video did.
In Sun Tzu's Art of War, it is advised that you not attack when the enemy is on heightened alert, but rather wait for him to fall into boredom.
Pulling over and stopping would likely cause this enemy to become bored since his power relies upon you not stopping and continuing to maneuver.
Unless this psycho has a firearm, there isn't much he or she can do to you in a stopped CMV. BUT, a lunatic in front of a CMV becomes quite vulnerable, if you know what I mean. -
I would call on my concrete compadres to block him in...stop all traffic and wait for the highway patrol.
Unless he was killed by irate motorists after watching the video.Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this. -

Mighty tempting to place a edge just aft his left rear on the fender and twist the steering wheel while applying 100 RPMs ever so gently....
in the end a dash cam and the Law is called. If it came down to concealed carry castle doctrine to vehicle defense then we will worry about that when or if it get to the point of drawing. -
To all the guys talking about pulling over on the shoulder to have a confrontation seem to have forgot the driver that was just shot when he pulled over on the shoulder to confront the other driver.
You may be tough but not very smart if that seems like a good idea -
