They didn't allow fueling at Flying J's when I was there years ago, but that was before all the truck stop mergers.

PFJ is preferred over the others but anything not on your automatic fuel plan shows up in your metrics. I haven't had my bonus dinged over it. The only thing I haven't done at Schneider is OTR Van so if that's what you're doing I don't know. My original TE would only stop at Loves for the last 15 years he said. You're not getting in trouble over it either way.

It is your responsibility to not run out of fuel, so your efs card will work at any PFJ, any Loves, any Kwik Trip, and any Road Ranger. If you need to fuel out of network, you will need to call in to ops and get a one time fueling authorized. In 8 years I've only needed to twice, so not a common thing.

All that said you want to follow the fuel solution whenever possible. Once you make a load ative, work flow will ask your fuel level, then update the dispatch in navigo. You are excepted to follow the fuel solution 85% of the time.

If you skip a fuel stop, it doesn't hurt you provided you do not fuel somewhere else. Fueling at an oc doesn't count for or against you. Up to three times per load you can request a new fuel solution thru work flow. However you need to be at least 100 miles (or 3 hours) from the last request to get anything different. I usually try and wait until the following morning.

Yep, I think pilot still owns them, but they are a distinct brand now. The pfj rewards card no longer works. It is a flaming pain.

The road ranger is not owned by pilot they had an agreement to sell pilot branded fuel and accept the rewards program but pilot was trying to stiff the road ranger so the road ranger cancel the agreement...
