Hey guys & gals
Im looking at moving to Montana. I was wondering if the state has their own specific authorities that I need to obtain? Or am I good to go with just having the federal authorities?

Montana is still part of the us, and your authority is good in all 52 states, bet y'all thought I forgot about Alaska and Hawaii?

Some states require intra-state authority; not sure about MT, but the state website should provide the answer.turboguy Thanks this.

Thanks for link, I just checked it out and it doesnt have Montana or California listed for online authorities.
For example I know California requires the following permits / authorities
Application for Motor Carrier Permit - MC 706 M
DMV Employer pull program

Isn't it fun appeasing all the different government regulations and requirements?
