but he gets to know for the rest of his life that at least 3 people are dead because he sucks. But it kinda feels like some folks are ok with that.

TUCKER STOP THAT! ( slaps the hand of a little child)
We are not going to make up make believe excuses for what we have done wrong.
One day we will become adults and will have to man up and take responsibility for our actions.
Until then I want you to go to the corner and take a pencil and paper and write “ I will take responsibility for my own actions 200 times.”
Don’t you leave that corner till your done!
And don’t think when your mother gets home she is going to over rule me on this.
And I don’t care if it’s dinner time or not.
    Don’t you back talk me..
    NOW GIT!
Oh and I almost forgot none of those tasty little Debbie donuts you are so fond of either for 1 year.

Lumper Humper, tucker and Cam Roberts Thank this.

If he is drawn to vehicles pulled off the side of highway, he needs to have his cdl revoked. Pretty scary

He deserves to be thrown under the bus. I'm tired of dodging stupid drivers who think the shoulder is their own personal rest area. Most of them dont even try to accelerate on the shoulder before merging back on to the highway. Just yank the wheel to the left and gas on it. In 25 years in this business i have parked on an on ramp one time for my break. I have never created a spot at the truckstop or blocked any one else in. No excuse to inconvenience or endanger someone else because of your laziness or stupidity.

Bud A., INRUT and JonJon78 Thank this.

    Haha? You find this funny?
I may be wrong, but I really hope this guy does some time.
There is plenty of places you can park illegally without endangering someone’s live.

THE ROOKIE and Bud A. Thank this.

Nope don’t find the death funny but I sure do find the thought process of thinking someone’s gonna do “serious” jail time for being parked in a no park zone funny.
This is not a manslaughter case.
And sorry to burst your bubble, he won’t be doing time. Wrong place at the wrong time for this truck driver. That’s all this case is. Yeah, his company will probably get sued but he won’t even lose his license over it.

Whether or not the wheel holder ( that's all this 'driver' can be called) goes to jail is moot at this point. Three are dead because the wheel holder was parked illegal.

Personally, I think he or she should rot in jail. And the company he works for should be shut down.

    THE ROOKIE Thanks this.

I only want to say this: you have 11 hours available to drive. There is no law that forces you to use them all.
