Can you elaborate on their running area? My recruiter said they run the 80 corridor, but I was wondering if that was coast to coast or just east of SLC

Around 30 states or so. A lot more than just the 80, although you'll be on that alot. They don't go up into New England and don't go to Florida...skip Michigan...through Ohio but no customers in northern Ohio...other than that, most of the rest of the stares.

Do they have mandatory chaining?
-
-
thanks. its against my religion.
-
Well I have since found out that they only have mandatory chaining on their Reno to Sacramento Dedicated Run. The rest is up to you. Have worked there in the past. May go back. Havent decided.
-
How does mandatory chaining work? Are we talking about somewhere the chain law is in effect or is it something else. We have plenty of hills that need chaining up at times, but no one tells you to, you can go halfway up if you like. lol
I take that back One tanker outfit does require their drivers to chain for atigun, but I highly doubt if they all do. -
It's when the CHP closes Donner Pass on me and I have to put chains on to go over the Pass to the Bay Area, pick up my load and then put them back on to get to the Walmart DC in McCarran Nevada and do it all again tomorrow and for the next eight weeks. I'm done with it. At my age, enough is enough. I'm ready to go East.
If it is my decision, then I stay at home in Fernley and watch the weather reports and road conditions on the internet. -
