Do those truck simulators take into account having to deal with nightmarish shippers and consignees?

IMO, the main challenge of those driving games is dealing with poorly programmed NPC drivers...which is pretty close to how real drivers are
Anyhoo, I'll post the truck build I'd like reviewed.
The truck is powered by a Detroit Diesel with 350 hp. The transmission is an Eaton 10-speed.The axle is a 21,000 lb single with a 5.57 gear ratio on 22.5s. The platform is a Western Star 4800/4900 (the actual brand isn't used in-game for copyright reasons but for all intents and purposes, it's a Western Star).
The truck would be used for hauling 30-40k liters of bulk grain within a 4 km^2 area and up gradients as sharp as 20%. Mainly over asphalt but occasionally over dirt paths. -
