Payscale is now up. You start at .42 and it can go up to .51. Plus safety bonus and production bonus. And every 100,000 miles driven you get a one cent raise

 

I have checked everything I could think of. I get the shart beat out of me whether empty or 47,000.

 

Well all I can tell you is to walk into the terminal managers office at your home terminal or the terminal you got this truck at & explain the situation articulately & say you want to seat another truck ASAP Always include such wording as safety or I don't feel safe or I want to be safe or do things safely in your conversation.
At a mega the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Literally make them think keeping you in that truck is more trouble then it's worth. It is also a good last resort to ask for a truck while on hometime.
One company wanted me to go to another state to seat a truck after orientation . Said they didn't have any at the terminal . Told them when they did to give me a call since I only lived 5 miles away. The next day I was taking the plastic off the seats of my new truck while the others were driving to who knows where to seat abandoned trucks or shop lemons.

More like showing the world how scumbag compaies like knight and Swift witch are the same joint company lies about everything...like i said befor the only way there still open because there a school based company that pay there student drivers below wages to drive...everytime im in the office yup there are 5 or more drivers leaving...i wouldnt be surprise if they shutdown in the next 2 3 years.
