Okay this is kinda a vague post. Where is this trucking company located and what’s the name of it? We need specific details.

 

Only the STATE can put anything on your Drivers License. The COMPANY cannot do anything of the sort. They can only report to another PRIVATE company (DAC) what they want.
And even that can be refuted, supposedly.
But DAC can be gotten around, by not hiring on to any place that uses DAC reports. To track/investigate new hires.

As for the company you WORKED for being racist.
I fail to see how you came to that conclusion. You were asked to get together with another driver to get another pallet. That's not racism.
Its the shipper failing to load all the product, and your boss trying to make good on their contract.

While you're at it. NAME THE COMPANY. SO other might know who your talking about.

 

Let's see...you couldn't help reload a pallet because you have back trouble? But you were willing to call out the guy who yelled at you on the phone, meet him, and teach him some manners? That doesn't make a lot of sense. If you're unable to move freight you probably shouldn't be fighting either.

Also, I couldn't see anything that could be called racist according to what you said in your post. Nothing you've said justifies that kind of label.

If you want us to take your post seriously you'll have to give us more information...company name would be a good starting point.

Ya know, Mystery Company was wrong. After all, a guy doing food service can't be expected to offload from one truck to another with a bad back! What in bejesus were they thinking?
How dare them , interrupt you, and not want to show up, so you can show him some manners? What is wrong with these companies these days? They should never make mistakes, they know better than that. If a person can't show up, so you can show them some manners, I wouldn't work there, either. I might be inclined to take them all the way to the Supreme Court, that this whole incident was racially motivated, gee, Helen Keller could see that!
You go, driver, I would sue them into oblivion, for making a mistake, and wanting you to cover it, with your bad back and all. and I would own Mystery Company. Then you can fire all those racially motivated SOB's, and run the company the way you see fit.
