What should I do next?

    Ok here it is...I had two minor accidents in my time with Werner in 9 months and with the second one I was given a Failure To Control ticket that I fought in court and it was changed. But Werner told me to get that taken care of and I could come back and I did and they told me NO. Now all of the companies I try to get a job with will not even look at me when I tell them Werner TERMINATED ME!!! Hell I dont even have anything on my record to show any chargeable accidents only thing on there is a Brake Violation ticket that was $25. Just wondering what I should do since no one will even look at me...

    :biggrin_25510:Give werner a call and talk to Safety and see if you can either get them remover or reclassified. Usually with 2 incidents in that close ofa time frame, your screwed. Doubt Werner will help you though. Good Luck...

    Only a student and 2-incidents already.

    What they meant by take care of the ticket was get it dismissed, not reduced via plea bargain.

    But as to your question........find another line of work.

    Failure to control your truck violation??? Uh, I think maybe you've picked the wrong profession.....:biggrin_2554:

    What exactly does your DAC say? Ever pull it to find out what it reads?

    Even if court cnarges are dismissed insurance companies keep a data base of drivers and accidents .
