Volvo d13 no boost

Not on the intake .Intake is good im talking about the turbo speed sensor located on the turbo its self

 

Did any one had this code please help mid 128 pid 103 fmi 9 turbo speed sensor but is it ok for the turbo speed sensor to be covered in engine oil is that making it to throw the code?

Yes,some how in the housing i had two O rings,I know while back it was replaced in a shop in Chicago area,the mechanic left it in their so i removed the o ring no more codes.(Only 1 oring the one thats comes with the sensor)

Did you find out what was wrong..I have the same problem right now on my 2011 Volvo D13...I’ve also replaced the intake sensor and the turbo pressure sensor and I can’t not go pass 15psi on the turbo gauge. I’m desperate for help, please let me know how you resolve your issue.

It's a hall effect sensor... Oil doesn't matter

Did you check the vane sweep? Frozen vanes will do this to boost pressures, so will a weak or bad VPOD

 

Thanks for the feedbacks, I have not check the vanes nor the VPOD..it’s July 4th. I will check ask the Machanic to look into it. Happy July 4th everyone n have a safe long weekend.
